Introduction of leak detector equipment

The leak detection machine adopts two sets of independent detection systems to detect different forms of leakage such as lax sealing, damage and lax capping of the aluminum film of the product.

Double X-ray liquid level detection system: use two X-ray non-contact types to detect the product, and the control center compares and analyzes the two sets of values before and after extrusion, and makes a judgment. When the difference between the two groups of values exceeds the predetermined value range, the control center transmits the signal to the rejector, and the rejector rejects the unqualified products.

Double pressure detection system: use pressure and two contact pressure sensor technology for detection, when the product passes through the detection machine, the double-sided belt of the detection machine squeezes the product, and the two pressure sensors behind the belt transmit the pressure value in real time, which is checked by the control center. The two groups of pressure values are compared and analyzed, and judgments are made. When the difference between the two groups of pressure data exceeds the predetermined value range, the control center transmits the signal to the rejector, and the rejector rejects the unqualified products.

The equipment can detect the situation of poor sealing of aluminum film, false sealing, poor sealing, damaged barrel body, insufficient capacity, etc.


Brief introduction of vacuum pressure detector

The equipment is a high-speed online vacuum and pressure combined testing equipment, and its working principle is:

1. The vacuum probe emits high-energy electromagnetic waves to impact the top cover of the container in a non-contact manner, and the cover emits a sound when it is impacted. The sound has a certain proportional relationship with the vacuum degree in the container. The unique sound analysis method can achieve continuous and high detection.

2. When the container passes through the curved surface scanning probe, the probe continuously detects the distance between the probe and the lid and outputs a proportional analog voltage. The analog voltage passes through the data processing system to generate the lid shape quality value. If unqualified products are detected, feedback will be made in time to remove them.

Can Squeeze Pressure Testing Machine Introduction

The pressure value is analyzed and a judgment is made. When the pressure value is lower or higher than the predetermined value, the signal is transmitted to the rejecting device, and the rejector will knock out the unqualified products.

The detection system is mainly composed of a human-machine interface, a pressure detection unit, and a rejector, of which the pressure detection unit is the core component of the equipment; the human-machine interface includes a touch screen, a tower light, and an operation interface; the rejector is the actuator of the system. Used to divert or reject unqualified cans.
